+ INTEGRATED FLIGHT SCHEDULE BUILDER
- INTEGRATED FLIGHT SCHEDULE BUILDER
This module is designed to operate seamlessly with the accompanied COP builder. It allows the user to assign flights complete with validity period, DOP, ports of departure and arrival and scheduled timings just to mention a few.
As well as taking care of all timing conversions, regardless whether they are entered in UTC or LOCAL this module also intelligently links to INFINET’s daylight savings engine to auto calculate when a validity period is in or out of a daylight savings zone.

+ PROGRESSIVE ROSTER GENERATION WITH REFINEMENT
- PROGRESSIVE ROSTER GENERATION WITH REFINEMENT
INFINET’s roster generation module operates in a succession of steps, namely turn around, layover, standby, and day off. These steps can be customized to the carrier’s requirements.
During generation INFINET calls on information from many different areas such as historical and forecasted data, hard - aviation authority rule, soft - company or welfare rules, union rules, license dates, language constraints, port restrictions as well as other infomation to dynamically produce an evenly distributed set of COP’s.

+ INTEGRATED COP BUILDER
- INTEGRATED COP BUILDER
This module will auto populate the individual sectors from the flight schedule builder for the user to decide how the patterns are constructed.
The COP builder assists the user in the construction of patterns by dynamically calculating flight time limitation, acclimatization and other aviation authority rules.
This will allow the user to legally build a flexible mix of patterns with optimal utilization of the crew.

+ COP TAGGING
- COP TAGGING
With INFINET each COP can be tagged to meet specific criteria such as difficult destination, favourite destination, back-to-back or round robin.
This is a more efficient method than tagging to the port, which most systems do. Tagging to the port may be deceptive as you could have a variety operationally different COP’s going through the same port.

+ DAILY WATCH
- DAILY WATCH
This will be the landing page when entering the system and consists of four quadrants of important data namely email notifications, crew requests, areas to be resolved and e-log.
Here information from different areas of rosterNet and crewNet are presented to the rostering officer to make informed timely decisions.
Daily watch is especially useful for shift handover as the e-log will capture all the actions performed in chronological order.
+ DISRUPTIONS POOL
- DISRUPTIONS POOL
When a flight is disrupted, the affected sectors that are separated or removed from the original COP are grouped and held together by the disruptions module. This means that the user only needs to find a suitable relief crew to take over the disrupted pattern. This is often not the case for other systems that tend to break the remaining pattern into individual sectors. And thus requiring the user to completely rebuild or manually string those individual sectors into a pattern again.

+ UTC/LOCAL TIMING TOGGLE
- UTC/LOCAL TIMING TOGGLE
INFINET’s flight schedule timing can be entered or viewed in either UTC or LOCAL time and it can be toggled back and forth for easy reference. This simple feature is a significant advantage over other systems where UTC and LOCAL timing is a system option or preference.

+ RULES EDITOR
- RULES EDITOR
The rules editor module gives the user the ease and flexibility of generating the roster at different comfort levels. Soft parameters can be adjusted easily so that each roster run can be fully optimized.
In the case where airlines have a tiered policy for flying allowance, a crew can be paid over different tiers and at an incremental rate when a ceiling for flying hours clocked is reached. This means that uneven flight distribution practices can cost an airline dearly.

+ EXCESS FUEL MONITORING
- EXCESS FUEL MONITORING
With rising fuel costs burdening airline operations and captains having the last say on how much extra fuel will be taken onboard this feature will help the management team to assess the trends and patterns of fuel usage.
Utilizaing feedback from the voyage report as well as pre-defined fuel usage for each sector planned over a specific period of time this module can help lower costs.
+ REAL-TIME CREW ESTABLISHMENT AND FORECAST
- REAL-TIME CREW ESTABLISHMENT AND FORECAST
Make no mistake about it - this feature alone will replace an entire department where a dedicated team will forecast the crew utilization. With INFINET's real-time crew establishment and forecasting, all necessary information are already available. This includes any changes which are captured in real-time and which are critical to the calculation and generation of an optimized schedule.

+ INTEGRATED SIMULATOR SCHEDULE
- INTEGRATED SIMULATOR SCHEDULE
The integrated simulator roster draws its data from the pre-assignment module of INFINET. This allows the user to see a broad uncluttered overview of the used slots as well as to enable the optimization of training requirements to match all training types.

+ MOBILENET
- MOBILENET
MobileNet is the latest module to be added to INFINET® Crew System. It uses the power of wireless technology to allow information to be available anytime anywhere. This helps the planner with timely and decisive decision making. MobileNet operates on a handheld device and improves efficiency in areas such as flight record entry, base/line check scoring and on the move schedule information and swaps.

+ BIO-DATA MODULE
- BIO-DATA MODULE
Alistair has developed a comprehensive bio-data module which will fulfill most airlines needs out of the box.
The bio-data module is at the heart of the INFINET system supplying important decision making information to different areas.
This module is APIS compliant which will save costly time in converting data to the correct CBP/TSA format at later stage.
Information is conveniently broken down to manageable sections such as personal, work, appointments, visas and restrictions to mention a few.
Although this module will fulfill most of an airlines needs Alistair can take requirements for customization.

+ VOYAGE RECORD
- VOYAGE RECORD
This module receives feedback from the published roster and will pre-populate all relevant scheduled fields such STD, STA, port, flight code, crew details and duty.
After inputted actuals such as PF/PNF, chocks OFF/ON and fuel usage the voyage report will provide feedback to the system for calculations in other areas such as pilot recency, check IN/OUT enforcement and future roster generations.
Although this module will fulfill most airlines needs Alistair can take requirements for customization.

+ GENERAL DECLARATION
- GENERAL DECLARATION
The gendec module saves valuable time by pulling relevant data such as flight numbers, crew names, passport numbers and dates of birth directly from the system.
The gendec module will have options to print to PDF or email directly to the ground handling agents. INFINET will track if a roster change is made after a gendec has been printed or emailed and will prompt the user for a resend action.
Alistair does produce country specific gendec's such as the Australian APP and gendecs in different languages such as simplified and traditional Chinese.
Although this module will fulfill most of an airlines needs Alistair can take requirements for customization.

+ APIS MANAGER
- APIS MANAGER
Now with it being mandatory for all in-bound and out-bound US flights to submit APIS information to the CBP/TSA some carriers might find it daunting to understand and put in place the processes to become compliant.
INFINET’s APIS manager takes the confusion out of APIS compliance, making quick work of MCL maintenance and FCM submissions. The APIS manager will compile the relevant data from different areas and then build a UN/EDIFACT message block which will be sent to CBP/TSA for processing.
All the data conversion, compliance and MQ messaging is handled by the INFINET so the carrier can concentrate on building their business.

+ CREWNET
- CREWNET
INFINET’s crewNet will allow all crew to access relevant information regarding their activities. CrewNet has been designed as a tool for seamless communication to rosterNet including functions such as leave application, trip swaps, operational documentation depository, station contact info to mention a few. For smaller airlines crewNet has the ability to allow crew to submit their voyage records electronically to save on costs of admin staff.
